- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It took 10 days to receive an estimate for necessary surgery, and was told only then that the doctor would be out of town for 2 weeks. The receptionist is not accommodating and is not forthcoming with basic information, such as when to bring in the pet for surgery. I had to pull teeth to gather information on what my pet's surgery would be like. The practice does not care whether they retain or lose clients, which allows them to think it's ok to treat anyone the way they deem fit.October 22, 2017by A Google User
